The Mayor of Eti-Osa East LCDA, Home of Hospitality, Hon. John Campos Ogundare has appealed to the residents of the Local Council Area to shun all forms of protests that could emanate from all sorts of provocation.
This assertion came into being while he was addressing the media men after a series of upheavals surrounding the scarcity of newly redesigned Naira notes by the apex bank in Nigeria.
"What is germane to all of us right now is Saturday, 25th February 2023, when we shall vote in APC candidate, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the next President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria," the council helmsman said.
Ogundare appealed to all and sundry to be patient and that he is with the masses and feel their pains through these hard times. He said that tough times never last, that only tough men last to survive all situations.
"Machinery and support have been put in place by His Excellency, Mr Babajide Olusola Sanwoolu, to ameliorate the current situation and with time, all things will fall back into places," Ogundare said further.
